Returns Policy

If you have placed an order online you CAN cancel any order that has not been dispatched.
To do this call 01949 728628. Calls are normally answered Mon-Saturday 10am- 7pm.

If you need to arrange the return of an item: 
If you are returning a product due to a fault, we will pay for it to be returned to us. We will arrange for any cost you incur to be refunded once the item has been received and inspected by us.

Any non faulty returns must be sent in full unused order with original undamaged packaging.
You can return any item for any reason under your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Upon receipt of your delivery from us you have 48 hours to inform us of any problems/ missing items.

Order Processing/ Shipping

Once received we will process your order as quickly as we can, If there is an unexpected delay we will attempt to get in touch and inform you of this.  Most items are held in stock and therefore where possible orders placed before 1300hrs will be processed the same day. If you have selected a Two Tone Option this will add 2-3 days to our normal delivery times to allow the item to be painted in line with the VCRA and your colour request.

We use a range of delivery options to provide value and security for your goods in transit. We Only Ship using services which provide proof of Delivery and Tracking information will be provided once your order is processed.
We deliver from Monday to Friday, and Saturday under special conditions.

We are not Couriers, therefore we cannot and will not make apologies for, or compensate for any time spent waiting for deliveries. However rest assured we work hard to to ensure that the right shipping service is provided to minimalise the chance of a failed delivery. This is ongoing and we continue to look for alternate shipping options.
If due to an error made by us your parcel was not delivered as arranged we can arrange to refund your shipping cost.

  1. Batteries can no longer be sent via Royal Mail.
  2. Aerosols Can no longer be sent via Royal Mail.
  3. Pyro requires special postage conditions.
